House Foods Tofu Shirataki Minestrone Soup
Ingredients
1 pkg Tofu Shirataki Macaroni or Fettuccine Shape, roughly chopped
6 c low sodium chicken or vegetable broth
1 can diced tomatoes
½ can cannellini beans, drained
½ cup onion, chopped
1 c celery, chopped
1 c zucchini, chopped
2 bay leaves
1 tsp Italian seasoning
dash salt and pepper
Directions:
Prepare Shirataki noodles according to package directions. Add all ingredients to large pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
