Let’s talk about under-boob sweat, shall we? You know what I’m talking about. It happens to us all, sweat that forms under your breasts and pools at the bottom of your bra. I’m a walker. I love to take long, energetic walks up and down the hills of my neighborhood. When I walk, I’m on a mission, not to see the sights but to get my buns in gear and burn up a few calories. I walk the hills hard and fast and long and, while this is starting to sound a little porny, you get what I mean. I push it.
Yesterday, I logged about 5.5 miles during midday in the blazing sun. The temperature was in the mid-80s; the humidity was high and yeah, I sweated.
