DailyGobble announced the launch of a free mobile application that’s available to iPhone and Android users in the New York City Metro and the San Francisco Bay Areas.
DailyGobble? Never heard of it. What is it?
“DailyGobble is a different way to save money,” says founder Dazhi Chen. “Diners won’t need to print out a coupon, purchase a deal in advance, nor fear inferior service because they’re paying less. Getting a rebate will be as simple as uploading a photo to Facebook with your phone.”
An online site and mobile app, DailyGobble provides users with exclusive deals at local restaurants. Restaurants love it because it focuses on non-rush hours when restaurants want to fill tables. Users love it because, with no coupons to present “before ordering your meal,” DailyGobble discounts are discreet so you can splurge and save.
Uh, I Don’t Think I Get It.
It’s simple. DailyGobble users find local deals via the mobile app or the website, and discreetly claim rebates by uploading a photo of their check after the meal. There are no upfront costs or membership fees for users or restaurants. Within one hour after uploading a photo of your check, your rebate is available for withdrawal from your DailyGobble account. In the future, you’ll also have the option of donating your rebate to one of DailyGobble’s non-profit partners.
Where it is Available?
As of this writing, the DailyGobble app is available to Android, iPhone, and iPad users in the New York Metro and San Francisco Bay Areas. With more than 300 affiliated restaurants, DailyGobble plans to expand to six additional US markets, including Chicago, Los Angeles, Houston and Denver this year. The app will be available for BlackBerry by the end of May.
Cool! How do I get it?
Visit dailygobble.com to find hundreds of deals at local restaurants in the New York Metro and SF Bay Areas. Enjoy your meal and don’t forget to save the check. Submit a photo of your check through the website or app. Receive your discount within an hour.
How do I cash out my savings?
You can get your money back through PayPal within one hour after submitting your receipt to DailyGobble. Or, if you don’t have a PayPay account, you can request a check in the mail once your balance reaches $25. or above.
Gobble, gobble – for less.
