Rodale Inc., an authoritative source for health, fitness and wellness content around the world, recently launched Fitbie, on the MSN network. Fitbie is a new health channel that delivers original fitness, nutrition and weight loss information via an interactive, multimedia experience.
I love this new site. It’s an online fitness magazine that’s chock full of exercise and nutrition tips, how-tos, before and after stories and photos, fitness facts and myths, diet and exercise plans and so much more. It’s interactive too and enables you to choose from several popular goals (look better naked, lose ten pounds, flatten your stomach, build muscle) and then download a program to help you achieve them.
While there are still a couple of kinks (I entered my email address to download a two-week exercise program and am still waiting for it,) there is enough on the site to keep you engaged for hours. Just remember that reading about it isn’t the same thing as doing it. So take your new-found Fitbie information and hit the gym, the floor or the mat!
